Step 1: Book a Virtual Consultation

Start by scheduling a free virtual consultation to discuss your vision, style preferences, upcoming needs, and budget. This is your chance to learn about the process and ask any questions before committing.

Step 2: Design & Measurement Appointment

After the consultation, you’ll receive a short survey to confirm your interest and suggest preferred meeting times and locations.
We then schedule an in-person concierge appointment where you’ll:

• Get professionally measured

• Select fabrics and linings

• Customize every detail of your look

• Review garment options, add-ons, and styling services

Meeting locations include your home, office, private studio, or a Peerspace location (additional fees apply for private spaces).

Step 3: Garment Creation

Your selections are sent into production. All garments are made-to-measure and crafted specifically for you. This process typically takes 4–6 weeks.
Rush orders available by request.

Step 4: Concierge Fitting & Delivery

Once your garment is complete, we meet again for a final fitting and delivery. Any minor alterations are noted and completed if needed. You’ll receive your garments ready to wear with a garment bag and styling guidance.

Step 5: Ongoing Support

Enjoy 24/7 concierge access for styling support, maintenance, or future orders. Clients in seasonal or executive packages receive pre-scheduled fittings, wardrobe audits, and exclusive fabric access year-round.
